AD GUIDELINES & DEADLINE INFORMATION
  1. Choose a purchase level in the registration area of the www.mercyball.com online Event Journal. 

    If your purchase includes a journal ad, during checkout, you will be prompted to upload an ad or to upload ad materials/copy for creation of your ad by our journal specialists.  You can always submit your ad later if your ad is not ready at time of purchase.
    Note: For inclusion in the event slideshow presentation, furnish your materials on or before Friday, November 23, 2018. Early submissions are posted within days and receive more exposure on the highly trafficked Event Journal website!

     
  2. Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Embedded in that email is a link where you can return to submit your ad and/or ad materials at a later time. This email can be forwarded to your marketing department or ad agency for direct submission of the ad via the link to the online system.
     
  3. If you have not made your purchase online, your materials should be e-mailed to Gloria.Disciullo@chsli.org
     
  4. Whether you use the online ad submission feature or submit materials directly to the organization, choose from one of these two easy options:
     

OPTION #1: "Camera-Ready"

  • Full Page Ad: 6"(W) x 4"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
  • Half Page Ad: 3"(W) x 4"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
  • Quarter Page Ad: 3.5"(W) x 2"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
  • Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
  • Format: preferably .jpg, .psd, or .pdf
  • Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
     

OPTION #2: We Create Your Ad

  • Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg, .pdf preferred)
  • Copy: Read the description of the ad level you’ve purchased! Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. in a Microsoft Word document or using the online ad submission copy box
  • Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
  • Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)

Please Note: Although these specs may seem atypical for the web, we also use the file for a PowerPoint Presentation at the event that requires high resolution for optimal clarity.

DUE DATE FOR AD SUBMISSIONS:

for maximum online exposure in the pre-event period.
Final deadline for inclusion in the journal slide presentation at the event is

Friday, November 23, 2018.
Ads received after that date will be posted for online viewing only.
